CTP Wins CEE Developer of the Year at HOF 2020, Takes Down 2 more at SEE Awards

CTP won five awards in the past week in two online regional real estate awards competitions demonstrating the industry’s recognition of CTP as a key player and clear leader in logistics and technology park development throughtout the region.

On Tuesday, 26 May, CTP was awarded Best Overall Developer at the CIJ Hall of Fame(HOF), Best of the Best awards. CTP is proud to win this award which recognises CTP’s growing role and leadership across the CEE region.  The CIJ HOF took place during its 3-day online conference and awards ceremonies from May 26-28th, and pits the year’s country-level winners against their regional counterparts in each category.  In addition to the Best Overall Developer award , CTP won Best Warehouse Lease for its Aldi deal in Hungary; thirdly, CTP took down Best Commercial Investment Property Transaction, for its deal with Deka Imomobilien.

CTP Wins Big in SEE Awards

On Thursday, May 21, CTP won Warehouse Developer of the Year in EuropaProperty’s prestigious SEE Real Estate Awards, demonstrating CTP’s leading role in that region. In the same ceremony, CTP Romania country head, Ana Dumitrache, was awarded the real estate Professional Woman of the Year for her role in growing the company’s portfolio in Romania to over 2.1 million m2 over the past three years, and leasing 250,000 m2 during 2019. This is the second year in a row that Ana has won this award.

‘I appreciate the peer recognition this award symbolises, and am pleasantly surprised to win this award a second time running. CTP Is the largest player in the SEE region with operations primarily in Romania but also we are very active in Serbia and are soon to begin full operations in Bulgaria. I hope this award inspires other women to enter and shape the industry for the future,” said Ana Dumitrache.

CTP is proud of its achievements in 2019, during which the company grew by approximately  ½ million m2 and recorded its best financial results ever, in addition, CTP launched a string of sustainability efforts such as BREEAM certifying its entire standing portfolio to Very Good or better, initiating a Zero Waste initiative at its Spielberk in Brno, launching a local forest preservation program which aims to conserve 1 m2 of forest for 1 m2 of built up properties, demonstrating its commitment not only to development, but responsible development aimed at improving the communities in which it operates.
